This is a safe place to explore the things that are troubling you. My approach is Person-Centred, but I draw from other counselling models to help my clients gain clarity and overcome obstacles to well-being. 

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Existential Therapy, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy.
